Dean Popek spent twenty plus years as an aerospace illustrator. He now lives aboard “The Sparrow,” a 41’ Palmer
Johnson Bounty II. As Emerald Bay Yachts’ sailing and sailboat expert, Dean assists clients both selling and procuring
wood and fiberglass vessels. He is truly living “the dream” restoring “The Sparrow” to Bristol condition,
while helping others fulfill their boating dreams.

Mike Freeman has been a life
long resident of Washington growing up fishing
and boating throughout the Puget Sound. At age 14 he was designing
and building boats in his parents’ basement. Mike
was an electrician for 32 years but
always envied others who worked or lived on the water. Today he enjoys working and playing on the water and his goal is to offer
the same experience to his clients.

Dennis Simpson
comes to Emerald Bay Yachts from North River Marine where he has spent the last two years serving North River customers. As a resident of Washington State for the past 28 years, Dennis has owned numerous
boats and truly enjoys fishing and boating in the Pacific Northwest.

Jim Robson comes to Emerald Bay Yachts after a 32 year
career in the Coast Guard and brings over twenty two years of experience in piloting vessels from a 110’ patrol boat
to a 60,000 ton Ice Breaker. Jim served on eleven Coast Guard Cutters including two tours as Captain of a Patrol Boat. He
as sailed and navigated the waters of the Atlantic and Pacific as far south as Antarctica and to the top of the world at the
North Pole. He has transported vessels from the Great Lakes to Seattle and from the Puget Sound to the East Coast. This Master
Cutterman looks forward to helping you find the right boat and cruising it home safely.

Lynn
Hopkins has enjoyed a long career in outdoor recreation
and travel. He comes from a seafaring family, having
been in and around boats most of his life. A deep love and
appreciation of the boating lifestyle, makes him a passionate advocate for our clients and their needs. Lynn lives in Poulsbo with his wonderful wife, Charlene. "I really enjoy living in the
Northwest. We wake up every morning with a fabulous
view of Liberty Bay and
the Marina!"

Bill
Mark lives aboard the “Rufy Anne,” a 54’ DeFever trawler, along with his wife and dog.
Bill has sailed, cruised and owned various boats over the past 39 years and is active in the boating community as a member
of the Brownsville Yacht Club, Trawler Crawlers and as the Pacific NW DeFever representative. Bill worked for the Department
of the Navy for 24 years and has been active in the marine industry since 1997. He is anxious to combine both his experience
and knowledge to help you find the “right boat”.

Broker/Owner Scott Alprin is the former General Manager of Adventure Yachts in San Diego and
later managed Sunset Yachts in Gig Harbor. Scott began sailing on Lake Erie as a teenager, racing 17' Thistles. He has
skippered vessels up to 78' throughout the Hawaiian Islands, California, Canada, Florida and Washington. With over
three decades of bluewater cruising experience, he now coordinates all transports and deliveries for Emerald Bay Yachts.

Captain Jim Minard spent a brief time at Gig Harbor Yacht Sales in Poulsbo before he joined the Emerald Bay Team. Jim has earned
his 100 ton Captain’s license, is an instructor in basic boat handling and is MEI certified in electronic installations
